Driving Directions to Achnashelloch Holiday Cottages
Achnashelloch is situated approximately 3 miles north of Lochgilphead in Argyll on the A816 road to Oban.

If travelling from the South on the M74, take the exit marked M8 as you approach Glasgow and follow this road right through the city, eventually leaving the motorway at the exit marked Erskine Bridge. Go over the bridge in the left hand lane and take the exit marked A 82 Crianlarich. Follow the A82 up the west side of Loch Lomond until you reach Tarbet and there continue straight on, on what is now the A83. Continue on this road for around 50 miles (take care not to take the small road, marked Lochgoilhead, which leaves the main road at the top of the Rest & Be Thankfull Pass.
When you reach Lochgilphead, follow signs for Oban A816. Take this road for around 3 miles. You will reach a side road, on the left, marked B841 Crinan. Do not take this road but continue, round a sharp bend, on the A816. Then, in about half a mile, beyond a long straight and a right hand bend, just after the Kilmartin Glen welcome notice, you will see, on the right, the white sign for Achnashelloch Cottages. The farm is set back from the main road and the farm road is beside the sign.
If coming from Edinburgh or the east, take the M8 and proceed as above.
From the North, take the A816 south from Oban for around 30 miles and shortly after passing the village of Bridgend, up a hill and a long left turn, you will see the farm on your left.
